almost there.

dress - check
shoes - check
veil - check
accessories - uh, about that....

...help! because quite frankly i can't make up my mind and dreaming about forgetting to buy jewelry for the big day and the sheer panic that ensues immediately following is getting quite old.

there is this little (or to be more accurate, really large) gem(s) from jcrew, which i owned for two days

until i exchanged it for a layered look of one of these

and two of these (one in ivory one in a dusty pink which matches my shoes)

but i still can't help but drool over these lovely creations

designed by lulufrost, which a girl can own and wear forever and ever. and then give to her equally fashionable daughter. (they also happen to cost about half  the price of my dress which isn't as lovely.)

readers (if you are in fact out there) now is the time to speak up. whats a girl to wear?!

  1. i'm still loving that last lulufrost necklace the best. even though the first jcrew one you bought was $100 cheaper, it looks $100 cheaper (not that anyone of them look cheap, but you know what i mean). i'm not sure how much those layers necklaces cost put all together but it's not worth saving a little when you would be having a one of a kind lulufrost on the other hand. any of these will be nice but at the end of the day, they are just layered pieces, pretty layered pieces, but nothing extraaaa special. sooo, personally, i would go for the lulufrost. this is something you will not only wear on your wedding day. it's something you can wear all the time and as you said, pass down.

  2. i like the layered looks better. but, that's me. don't get so hung up on it's the big day stuff, the only things that really matter are you and jason. that's it. everything else will work out just fine. all of your options are beautiful. go with your gut, kiss your fiance, and plunge forward. have fun planning your wedding, it's supposed to be fun, you won't ever get (not have) to do it again. :) it's going to be just great! i can't wait!

  3. I like the layered look, or the bottom lulufrost...I think those two are the most "wearable" after the wedding, too! :)
